A writer, graphic designer and speaker, Ms. Cook has spent a decade working in communications and media relations at universities and government agencies.  Since 1998 she has developed web sites for elected officials, including the official web site and children's web site for Present George W. Bush when he was governor of Texas.  A native Texan, Ms. Cook earned a bachelor's degree in 1992 from Baylor University and a master's degree from Texas A & M University in 1998.  She, her husband and children live in Alexandria, Virginia.
