| Betsy Warren has an art education degree from Miami University in Ohio and attended the Chicago Art Institute. She wrote and illustrated many books for children. Most of them are about her favorite subject, Texas. Her works of historical non-fiction include Twenty Texans, Indians Who Lived in Texas, and a Let's Remember series of five books about the people and events in Texas history. She also wrote for magazines and worked as a musician. Betsy is now retired and lives in Austin. | ||
